The rise and fall of Amonhotep IV, who later called himself Akhenaton in favor of the One God, Aton (or Aten) who is depicted often times by the Sun, but of which some scholars believe is really the Winged Disc (Nibiru Marduk, etc.) F.Y.I. Of all of the cinematic productions created in human minds, this movie is my personal alltime favorite. Based on the Finnish novel by Mika Waltari (1949) Motion Picture directed by Michael Curtiz Nominated for Best Cinematography, Academy Awards 1955.
